AdGuard VPN Netflix VPN ban

I’m using a local (as in same city) VPN server and Netflix has it banned. No VPN IP cycling?
Also, Netflix is on the whitelist in AGVPN app but it insists to connect through VPN.
Coming from Bitdefender VPN, AdGuard VPN seems crude and buggy :frowning:

irk… i already emailed/chatted with adguard asking to periodically changed its VPN ips like other popular VPN services but all for naught. adguard seems never putting effort on this, never bother user who use vpn for geolocation streaming unblocked features.

Hello there! We operate multiple servers with different IP addresses in each location. While you can’t manually select a specific server to connect to, reconnecting several times will eventually assign you a different IP address.

I recommend contacting our support team through the in-app feedback system. Please provide a detailed description of the problem. Which specific IP address is banned? On which device are you experiencing this issue? If possible, please attach a screenshot illustrating the problem, such as any error messages encountered.

Before sending your message, make sure to enable “Send detailed system info.” This will allow our team to review the settings and provide further assistance.

Well, it’s enough for me to stop using this VPN service and move on. Thank you.

We regularly change IP addresses and put significant effort into ensuring our users have consistent access to popular streaming services. Given this, the information and findings you’ve shared appear rather unusual. Could you please provide me with the ticket number for reference?

i just wasted 1/2 hour reconnecting the vpn to see whether IP really is changing. Turn out it didn’t changed even once. If really true that you have mutliple servers with different IPs, you should add server option on the app

You think people have time to reconnect everytime Netfilx or the streaming service blocked it. By the time it change, meals already cold. if IP change everytime we reconnect, that is good but 1/2 hour… seems depends on luck

Same issue with me all USA ips are banned on prime.

Please note that I’ve recommended reaching out to our support service so we can conduct a more thorough investigation of the issue. Certainly, repeatedly reconnecting cannot be considered a viable solution in this case.

Additionally, it’s worth noting that we haven’t received any similar reports regarding Netflix in recent weeks.
