I use surfeasy and its rubbish. I imagine you’ve already got one, but it is not compatible with all routers (so I cannot use it at my apartment) I can use it on my work computer at work but connection often drops.
although its cheaper than the rest I would not recommend. Maybe it would be different outside of China. To be fair customer service was very good when I first subscribed but now I get little to no help. Other than your router is not compatible

For a start you’re probably going to want to look at providers that:
→ Allow P2P
→ Keep no logs
→ Have an anonymous payment method
and why would he need #1 and #3 if he doesn’t plan on torrenting or breaking the law?
your spreadsheet is incorrect (actually a lot of info there is incorrect, for instance, BolehVPN logging at a whim):
every single VPN may temporary start some logging for troubleshooting. All surfeasy does is being honest about it. Every VPN company will abide to a court order and will start logging if there is a court signed warrant.
