What do you mean by “lifetime subscription”? As in you pay once and have unlimited access forever? PIA costs 70$/year. So a lifetime is going to be 70$*70 years = 4,900. Are you looking to spend somewhere in that ballpark? If so, you might just want to send them an email explaining what you would like.

This so much. If they provide a lifetime sub that means they are not going to give you optimal service. Plain and simple. You get what you pay for and that is exceedingly true in services.
