I got a question, I am ATT user here and FFXIV been lagging badly. I still got a lot of crafting prep to do, i am wondering if there any decent free vpn that I can use so my marco don’t keep failing?
It’s not a true VPN, but https://1.1.1.1/ solved it for me and my wife. We’re also AT&T users and 1.1.1.1 made it stable. It’s free too.
mudfish isn’t free but it has a pay by bandwidth option, so long as you don’t download the updates through it it’s pretty damn close.
You can just sign up for nord or surfshark and use the 30-day money back guarantee
Mudfish is dirt cheap. Been using it forever.
Report lag using the form and test in this official article: Sharing Information Regarding Network Delay and Packet Loss for FFXIV
The only free VPN ive found, of any worth is ProtonVPN. You may need to create a proton email account for it. (my account is from before they merged the two).
Just spend an hour each day sending message after message to SE to fix their damned issues.
ATT as in wifi/mobile internet? A VPN probably isn’t going to help if that’s the case.
Exitlag might be good?
The best free reliable, safe vpn’s I use are Proton Vpn for Iphone
Serenity Vpn for Android

This made it better for me too, thanks
Wanted to come and say thanks for this link, shared it with a member of my group after we lost all of last week and it seemed to have brought them back down to their normal ping
am i suppose to use 1.1.1.1 or 1.1.1.1 with warp
Out of curiosity, which node are you using with Mudfish? I turned it on and still seem to be having the microlag/stuttering issue with it.
I saw a post yesterday saying it was something between ATT and the servers. It’s not something Squeenix can fix
My AT&T is gigabit lol
I was using Chicago G Core Labs tonight with pretty good results. Only lagged a little bit like once or twice in a 3 hour session. Other than that, pretty smooth with 74-75 ping
