I think you can disable renewal from your account and order then.
i just logged in 1st, then click the link and put in my payment info.
i got 50gb lifetime but i was never offered the 10 yearly plan 
because at that time I had a 3 year pro license.
If you didn’t have auto-renew on the IP, it would expire. If you want to continue with the static IP, purchase one in the same location and if it’s not the same one as it was before, create a ticket letting the support team know what your old static IP was so we can swap them.
And no, there are never discounts on static IPs.
That didn’t work. I cancelled my subscription and then went to the home page and clicked the deal, and it still says I already have a subscription.
Edit: I got it. The first time I cancelled they emailed me a link to Stripe and I cancelled it there. It would not let me get the deal. I clicked cancel again in my account page, and it took me to the Windscribe cancel page and I cancelled it again. Now I can get the deal.
