Tried both Obfuscated and Normal, both connections are shadow blocked, meaning it searches for a match infinitely.
When trying without a VPN it works.
As for Escape From Tarkov, same situation but it does work with Obfuscated connection.
Any solutions ??
I have the same problem, but I think it might be solvable using split tunneling inside the NordVPN app interface. This allows you to essentially choose which applications’ network traffic gets sent through the tunnel. So if you add cod.exe to this list it might work.
My problem goes beyond that though, because I have set up a VPN gateway, which sends all traffic from my local network through the tunnel. This was done using a raspberry pi, which doesn’t have a neat convenient interface for Nord. It’s so frustrating, not just because I wanna be able to play the game, but also because I want to know how to solve this should there be a similar problem in the future.
Fix:
Create an OPENVPN config file. Select whatever server you want to connect to.
Got to OPENVPN and download the windows app.
Install it, do not load NORDVPN; make sure you do have a NORDVPN account though. After installing OPENVPN, drag and drop the file you just created (CONFIG) into the OPEN VPN app. And login using your NORDVPN information.
After it connects, launch Warzone, and connect. My ping to London for example using Nord was like 200MS. Launching now with OPEN VPN, it is roughly around 75-100MS, and it connects to actual games, not sure if they are both lobbies but I have to tinker with that a bit more.
