Capcut Network Error on PC

I have tried anything on the internet to fix this, incluidng VPN change on my PC. This is on since few days now and i was wodnering

  1. Is there an option to fix this issue ?
  2. Maybe it is possible to manually downloand the CapCut effects onto your PC and have them in a proper folder, this would result in possiblity to use all the effects/transisions even while being offline ?

Hey guys I found an solution - I have a window laptop and manually added the VPN by going to the settings and sellected network and internet and there will be a VPN option and clicked add VPN and minimised it then I went to the VPN book website using chrome browser and sellected Free VPN and copied Poland server address on the left and pasted in the “server name and address” on the minimised settings menu and in the website they gave the username and password on the down so I copied and pasted in the certain places and connection name maybe your wish You can give any name and in VPN provider select windows and clicked save below and there came the connect button and connected then I checked Capcut it is working finally.

SO THE ACTUALL PROBLEM IS ITS UNUSEABLE IN MORE COUNTIRES NOW IF IM RIGHT…
its not the problem in ur vpn, its the country .
for me, after many tries … ROMANIA works! there maybe other countries that will work aswell

just add a windows vpn for usa and connect!!!

Same problem now those effects etc not loading and my account is a PRO plan
If it continues acting up imma cancel my plan

I already reported the issues with Capcut, no reply no email, nothing

Bei mir hats funktioniert nachdem ich dem Laptop Hotspot von meinem Handy aus gegeben haben. Zuvor auch 100 Mal erfolgslos übers WLAN versucht.

try proton vpn, cause it worked for me, before proton i tried a vpn name turbo, but it didn’t work.

I faced that problem also but proton vpn solved my problem

any vpn can work just u need to close all capcut windows from taskbar then strt vpn and then strt capcut
