For those who live in the US and was forced to transition to UltraAV, they removed the auto renewal cancellation button from the website. In order to cancel the auto renewal you’ll have to go to the UltraVPN portal: https://app.ultravpn.com/sign-in and disable it there. If you login in with external services like google, just click on “Get a one time login link”. Kinda annoying that they don’t notify us about how to cancel.

My problem is that I changed my email with Kaspersky in 2022. However, ULTRA AV transferred with my original Kaspersky email that no longer exists! I cannot reset a password or get a one-time log in because I don’t have that internet service any more! I literally have no way to access the new ULTRA AV account and their customer support does not understand this situation. I might have to go the bank route.
Holy shit thanks for that. I would’ve been extremely pissed off if I seen a charge from ultra av in May next year. Honestly the fact it doesn’t automatically remove your from auto renewal is garbage. Glad I trashed that crap from my computer soon as it forced installed.
UltraAV has it removed too. I can’t find how to not be subscribed to this program, I’ve been waiting in the live chat for 30 minutes now so I’ll update when they finally contact me.
So I finally got to talk to a live chat guy and he kept trying to convince me that ultra is the same as kaspersky but I politely declined and only said I want to stop auto renewal. He said he is going to “escalate your request to escalation team and they will be the one to get in touch with you about your request” when talking to me. I just want to know if I’m all set to delete ultra and never think about it again 
I got an email today that I’ll be charged sometime this month for this stupid service and any time I try to click on the “manage subscription link,” it literally will not work. I have no clue what to do at this point I have been trying for days to get rid of this stupid, useless software.
edit: if you’re trying to do anything with the manag subscription link, you literally can not do it in Firefox, it HAS to be in chrome. I tried it out myself thinking it might make a difference, and it did.
The link isn’t working on mobile nor pc. I click manage payment and nothing happens.
They have since removed the button for managing your own subscription!! Now you are forced to do a live chat with them, in which case, the bot’ll end up telling you that “they will send you an email shortly”…
Before this, I emailed them to cancel my account. They just kept trying to upsell me and threw me into a loop of asking them and then them trying to upsell me again and again. This is a legit scam business… I might have to freaking cancel my own credit card to avoid them at this point.
This is the craziest shit ever. Not only did they give us a software we didn’t ask for or give permission to. But then they also took our payment information and were going to keep charging us even though we didn’t want this shit.
I actually got an email from them a couple of days ago which I almost ignored because it looked sketchy (from “[email protected]”) However, clicking the link in the email actually took me to a site where I could cancel auto-renew. Happily, the card that Kaspersky has on file expired in January anyway…
So, check your spam folder.
This is what I did to cancel the auto-renewal:
- Login using the link https://app.ultravpn.com/sign-in
- In the left nav menu click Account info
- Under Membership click Manage subscription and payment methods
- In the new tab that opens from https://pango-default.nexway.store/enduser-portal/home#overview, click the row in the subscriptions table that you want to modify
- On the subscription details page under Automatic renewal, click the orange Disable button, then click the red Disable automatic renewal button in the pop-up confirmation
- It should now say “Auto-renewal is deactivated. Your subscription will automatically expire at the renewal date, although you can reactivate it.” under the Automatic renewal section.
For good measure, I also went to the Your account page in the Pango store and tried to delete my stored payment method, but that does not appear to work.
On the same screen as 2 above, I also disabled their ability to send me marketing spam. F this company, I’m out.
This link does no good when ultraav/pango group has all options removed to manage subscription. Many have complained about this. Seems very illegal to me to not provide a customer a way to manage subscription from their account.

I contacted them on 10/17/2024 regarding an unauthorized charge to my account.
Had to put a block on my card and get a new one cause they kept trying to charge me. Jokes on them I’m broke af

They claim they canceled my subscription, but the dashboard was still saying it was active. I decided to be overly cautious and reported my card as compromised once I figured out which card was on file for my original kaspersky
same thing happened to me. I’m in the middle of trying to get charges reversed.
