Do I need a dedicated IP?

I run ads on Meta Ads, I only use VPN in public places for safety. The problem is that sometimes I can’t even log into Facebook, it says my account is missing or doesn’t exist, if I disconnect the VPN it works normally.

Do you think that hiring a VPN Dedicated IP will solve the problem?
