Express VPN Update Bugs ::: Must Reboot Twice to Connect :(

I have been reporting this bug for weeks to Express VPN, and it took until today for them to finally admit it even exists:

After the last update, if you shutdown Windows with Express VPN connected and then reboot it won’t be able to connect to any location. It just sits there trying to connect forever even though your internet connection is working fine otherwise. The only way to connect is to reboot a second time…which I have been forced to do for weeks now since the last buggy update.

After finally owning up to the problem, they have no fix for the bad update other than to go back to the last software version. They could have dealt with this weeks ago but instead refuse to admit they made any mistakes. It’s always something the user has done in their mind not their sloppy coding and bad QC.

Bad updates have become the norm recently. Their support and coding have gone downhill the past year+ and it is just getting worse :frowning:

ps. Support asked me to roll back to version 10.53.0.12. Maybe someday they will fix the bad update they released weeks ago :frowning:
