VPN has been working opposite for me?
It can depend on your actual location, the type of VPN you’re using, and/or the type of video you are uploading (and the amount of times/time of day you post it on). I have uploaded the same video and one of the times it may flop, but the other one will go really viral.

It’s already built in, but configuring your own vpn can be a bit time consuming so most just use a 3rd party add on.
