It seems like the only way to watch streams for me is no longer working. It constantly refreshes, it does nothing but never let you play the damn streamer now.

I know this doesn’t fix your problem, but I would stay away from Hola VPN. You can read more about why here: http://adios-hola.org/
There are other VPNs out there that should work the same/better though.
Also, if you need a VPN just to watch streams on Twitch, it seems like that would be a throttling issue from your ISP. I would suggest calling them up and explaining the situation.

Because the VPN actually makes the website watchable. I could do quality Source without a single buffer. Now I can’t even play a stream without having it permanently refreshing the website. Without it, I suffer with trillion of buffers in low quality. It’s absurd.
thats not a twitch issue thats a ISP one. A VPN in of it self is a bottleneck on your network.
Sounds like a throttling issue from your ISP, not something twitch needs to fix.
