Is there a way to access all channels while being outside spectrum home WiFi? Would a VPN work? Also, if unable to, what channels are you not able to access? Thanks.

No, Spectrum doesn’t have “Anywhere Streaming” system, you must be connected to an IP with a subscription to streaming or IP Video, so it basically just runs off of your home wifi or someone else’s wifi with the streaming package.
