How to change the name of the outline server?(also in client side)

When my client connect to the key, the server name is just “Outline Server”? How can change the name? So I will show something like my name. I have been looking an answer this whole day. I can’t find any documentation.

You cannot set this in the manager but I believe you can add it to the end of the ss:// link with a URL fragment: e.g. ss://[email protected]:1234#ServerNameEncoded

Finally I find a solution. Thanks reddit community. In case anyone need help, I posted this answer. Happy using outline.

Sure. It is pretty simple.

I believe you know how to make a outline key.

An example format of outline key is like this:

ss://[email protected]:1234/?outline=1

So, what you got to do is

  1. replace ?outline=1 from the link with #yourservername

an example:

ss://[email protected]:1234/?outline=1

Become
ss://[email protected]:1234/#awesome server
