also got issues for a week now, it goes back from time to time but it’s mostly down unless i use a vpn. vpn should be fine if you’re just viewing but uploading works is impossible rn. any updates if you got a permanent fix?

same here both my pc and mobile cant connect pc uses PLDT lan and phone is globe wifi only way i got access is vpn id be pissy if it is blocked.

I’m having the same issue. Pixiv support says the url of my fanbox is accessible just fine.

it seems pixiv overall is getting blocked by our ISPs, in my case I can only access it normally through vpn, also even if pixiv itself is accessible, the images are gettingblocked

Same problem… and also in PH… Ive been using VPN everytime I go to Fanbox now BUT all my payment options (both Visa and Master cards and Paypal) are not getting accepted everytime I want to support an artist. It eventually got blocked (the cards) by the site and I had to contact them to unblock it again.
Still cant support til today that’s why I ran to reddit for similar experiences.

I cant access it using Globe internet

if I use Smart, it’s only accessible in the morning which is really weird

Btw idk when you made your test but my isp is globe. And as of now it is also blocked. Just 11 PM yesterday fanbox was accessible and by 3 AM when I was gonna upload it was suddenly blocked.

nah, it’s not fixed on my end. my isp is PLDT. i’ve tested it’s accessible on others like Globe and Converge

at the moment i can access the site and upload works by using a free VPN.

my browser is opera gx and their built-in VPN is horrible, it stalls uploads so i installed Hoxx VPN instead. it’s a free chrome extension, and gives Japan IP which solves my upload speed problems

got back to a friend with Globe and confirmed yes, it’s currently down

(last time we checked was october 22, it was working then)
