I purchased the Surfshark VPN and never got a code for the basketball!

I bought the shortest and cheapest subscription I could get in surfshark and I made sure to use the code.

Btw I didnt see anythign obvious saying this was a giveaway or you had to buy a certain subscription.

But anyways what do I do? I’ve already filed a report to their customer service but is there anything else I can do?

You need the subscription for 30 days is correct. The basketball is worth $35AUD, shipping is $19AUD. It isn’t free lol.

Depends where you live but it said postage was free for orders over $150, so it might not cost as much as posting to me (Australia) but it won’t be free postage. If I lived closer and it was $5 I might do it, but it’s still not really a free basketball in the sense of paying NOTHING
