I assume a VPN caused this and connected you close to, if not directly connected you to a server in Vietnam. Assuming you have one on, turn it off and set the location elsewhere, if that doesn’t solve your problem then contact support about this region mixup.

Did you create this account when you were in Vietnam?
Are you using mobile data or WiFi? I had a similar issue where it thought I was in another country when I switched from WiFi to data. Could also be your ISP

Oh, I know this one. It happened because I was taking a vacation in Vietnam.
Just close off the ad in future encounters.
The only things I can think caused this are
a. It’s a bought account and the region is locked in Vietnam where it was created. (I have bought 2 accounts before and this exact same pop-up happened + the usernames were literally in Vietnamese)
b. VPN of some sorts.
This is most likely an issue Roblox support would have to fix.
Do you have any family member that use that account from another country?
Please get roblox help as must be annoying
Happened to me too, been playing normally a month ago. Didnt do anything different, didnt move, using the same wifi and location and it just randomly appeared. Cant get rid of it. Need help
