For about two months I can’t load the main page of instagram in the Opera Browser, I can load profiles though, at thoughts on how to fix that?
Does https://www.instagram.com/ load fine in a private window? If you disable all your extensions does it work? If you have Opera Turbo turned on? What about Opera’s VPN?
Download the Opera installer, launch it, click “options”, set “install path” to a folder on your desktop, set “install for” to “standalone installation” and install. Does it at least work fine there?
I don’t have a real solution for you. I can only tell you, that here it works, so it’s something isolated. I’d say uninstall an reinstall a clean updated opera version 
it might work.
It ramdonly fixed, no idea why, maybe it patched on updates, thx anyway
