Free VPN’s usually don’t support p2p which is what you need for torrenting. Only good free VPN with p2p is windscibe but even then you’re limited to 10gb a month.
Direct download is still a good option if you get your games from cs.rin. Some good file hosters are gofile and pixeldrain.

I r3commend you to go for a higher performance service, like nordvpn / express/ surfshark/ Proton.

With Proton you need to pay for P2P/torrenting. It’s only free with direct download/browsing

im torrenting with proton over like 2 weeks since i started torrenting (i used to only use direct downloads and repacks without torrenting) and there is no problem? its letting me.
