I have GlobalProtect to access my company’s servers. I’d like to use another VPN at the same time to access all the other resources except company’s ones, does anybody know if it’s possible and if it’s a security risk in some way?
Yes, it is possible. Check our Interop guides: https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/search#q=interop%20Guide&sort=relevancy&layout=card&numberOfResults=25&f:@panproductcategory=[GlobalProtect]
Don’t do this. Use a separate machine or a VM etc.
You may against your company policy. Check it before you do.
It depends on how your company’s vpn is configured. Which I assume you do not have access to change the policy.
Tunnel in tunnel is not a great idea tbh.
I activated my companys anyconnect to access the password vault while on their globalprotect vpn and it worked Definitely a security risk but who cares
whoa, will take a look at it, thanks!
I agree to this. This is my current setup
from what i was able to gather, our VPN works only for company servers, meaning that when i visit other resources I do that through my own network, not via VPN
The people who pay you lol
Should be fine as long as the subnet doesn’t clash
