So I use mobile internet in India and play in the SEA server I get 130-135 ping when I get good Tower signal and when it’s bad it get 150+. So I downloaded a VPN and connected to singapore server and got 125-130 ping constantly. So I wanted to ask is VPN okay to use in Dota 2 or can I get banned for it?
VPN won’t get you banned unless if you use it to buy games cheaper, that’s against steam terms of service.
I use VPN because my dorm is blocked steam idk why. But VPN won’t help you getting better ping it can’t give you faster or more stable Internet.
Can you explain this? I never heard of that.
