was just watching HOTD last night on Max (Samsung TV geo unlocked with media streamer) and now when i try opening the app i get this message … wtf? i can’t log in on the browser either via hulu/disney
I’ve been having a connection issue since yesterday. Sent a ticket to support.
Getting this in the UK. Only had 1 episode left of show I was watching.
Try a different server. I had that issue before with express (not with max). I think also picked one that was in my same time zone and it fixed it.
Typical. Switch locations. Try Tampa-1
They cut their IT staff and number of servers. Expect more of this going forward.
Happened to me. Only with mediastreamer. If I use my computer, there are enough US locations that HBO Max works.
It’s a bummer. But for me, it’s the best choice I have with my various devices (mediastreamer on my PS4 and roku, apps on smartdevices and computers)
Still same for me today with Max with mediastreamer on a Samsung tv
It’s just started working again for me on Apple TV!
