Hey;) still with you (over day 40 now I think). I heard one person suggest that the support now may be mostly AI. They suggested to make appeals as short and concise as possible. Today, I just used “please remove the shadowban from my account “ I’ll keep using variations of that simple statement to see if it gets me anywhere.

It was a reply on one of the threads on this page. It is believable… I work for a tech company and I can tell you our entire front line for support is AI. It’s not impossible… but I figure worth the try. The key to AI support is just to be extremely concise with wording.
