Mysterium Consumer VPN cant import identity

I import my saved json and enter my paraphrase and it says it already exists. Of course it already exists. I’m trying to import it. On Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. Where are the files stored so I can manually delete it. This is so frustrating.

Devs need to do some testing before releasing apps. OK to be fair, I created and Identity, entered a paraphrase, backed it up but not top up. I don’t want to send $5 if I can’t import my identity to other devices.

Also it’s wanting to top up first before you can see list of countries and features available?

I can’t remember the full locations, but this will get you close enough.

/etc/mysterium

/var/lib/myst…

Remove both, uninstall, reinstall, hit the dashboard.

I have a VM template, so this is something I have to do when I spool another node. Hope that works for ya.

Not sure if you resolved this already. I had the same problem which was solved by deleting the folder of the previous installation. Then you restart the app again and restore the id json backup file.

I think these locations are for the mysterium node. I was referring to the mysterium consumer vpn app, but thanks

Ahh crap. Sorry about that.
