I’d like to hear about Nord VPN routers and what experience others have with running their homes on the wifi, maybe with one or two things like TVs connected to the router. I’m using another company’s, but it seems streaming services pick it up periodically and I have to wait for a reset. Have users bought the Sabai routers preloaded with the Nord software?
Edited to ask - for those living out of USA, is it possible to stream Sling or Hulu?
I don’t know about Sabai routers, I use Nordvpn on my own router and it does work with Netflix and recently I also tested Hulu.
But using a router doesn’t help with streaming services sometimes picking up the VPN like you described. I sometimes have to switch the server because of it, but only maybe 2 times in the last 6 months.
Seemed to be more often in the past with just a software VPN client, but I think it has nothing to do with it. Probably either Nordvpn getting better or Netflix getting more lazy with blocking IPs.
I have Nord and I am extremely happy with their protection, connectivity, options, reliability, and customer service. I’m very happy with them.
