Now that my ISP has blocked 1.1.1.1 Is there any workaround to make it work? currently I’m using android app version.
Which isp? Blocking Cloudflare is like blocking the wind
You should be able to override your routers upstream DNS (probably ISP DNS right now) to 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1 / 1.1.1.2 / 1.0.0.2 / 1.1.1.3 / 1.0.0.3
Have you tried setting your browser to TLS using 1.1.1.2 or 1.0.0.2 ?
Have you played with the WARP settings (Windows) and tried Connection->DNS Protocal->https/warp/TLS->
These are bad practices and you should look for other ISP maybe, as you can’t be sure what they block next (unless you’re in a country where all do this).

They have blocked WARP I checked the link you provided and I want to add that I assume they even have blocked UDP, TCP, IkEv2, WireGuard protocols I have tried all of them on Windscribe app. now the only protocol that works is Stealth (ofbs?) on Windscribe app for Android but it’s not practical due it its high encryption which means more data is consumed since I’m not on WiFi. the other vpn that works for me too is Psiphon which keeps changing ports in each session and I don’t know what protocol it uses.

I haven’t tried your suggestions yet. unfortunately I don’t have a PC or laptop currently. I’m using the android version which was working fine 3 days ago, but here is what I tried I changed “Protocol Options” from DNS over WARP to DNS over HTTPS and and I set Gateway DoH Subdomain to a certain number, I don’t remember what it was, I got it from a YouTube video. all of that didn’t work.
unfortunately, it’s the only ISP here. they unblocked 1.1.1.1 WRAP for 3 months before they block it again now, I don’t know what kind of DPI they are using, but as I heard from PowerTunnel app developer that my ISP uses advanced DPI and he says that chances DPI can be bypassed is very low! now the only protocols that works for me is Stealth in Windscribe app and SSH in Psiphon app nothing works other than that, I have tried tens of VPN apps none of them worked. if they find a way to block SSH and stealth protocols they will do!
Shit… I looked at their website trying to find documentation…. Holy hell they are disorganized.

Is it to evade censorship/monitoring? If so, how important is it that what you communicate remain private?
Are you trying this for a single device or all devices on your network?

Remove any entries for Gateway DoH.
Open WARP app on your phone:
- Settings - make sure WARP is selected and not 1.1.1.1
2 Settings - Advanced - Connection options - DNS Settings - select Protocol options - DNS over HTTPS.
3 Settings - Advanced - Connection options - DNS Settings - 1111 for families - Block Malware.
Reboot your phone and router. If this does not work, uninstall WARP, reboot, reinstall WARP and config as above. 
I’m pretty sure there is no ISP in the whole planet who can competes with this ISP on the first place in terms of providing the worst and tree slowest internet services.
Actually my goal is to unblock websites and applications that are blocked by my ISP, by the way Reddit has been blocked for years before they unblock it again 3 months ago and I’m sure they will block it again. WhatsApp, Telegram, Imo, Viber, Messenger calls are blocked you can’t place a call without using VPN. I’m trying this for a single device. I can’t stand thinking of the idea that my ISP determines how what websites, apps and services I should use and what I shouldn’t use.
Actually I have basic knowledge when it comes to VPN services and how they work etc…
If we can go so deep in that rabbit hole and figure something out, I’d be more than happy to know cuz we need a permanent solution for that blocking nonsense
