Outline on Digital Ocean Pricing Question

Hi, I have setup outline on Digital Ocean a week ago and I chose 6 USD (1TB monthly data allowance plan).

My current usage is at 7% of 1 TB (~73 GB). Will it be capped at 1 TB or depending on my utilization, I may have to pay more than 6 USD per month? Current estimated bill amount. on Digital Ocean is 1.45 USD

Thanks. I was thinking to commercialize the vpn service in the community so price per gb matters. I’ll check those other providers!
