Hi, I’m using the proton vpn browser extension on my work computer.
I wonder if when the vpn is enabled my company can see the traffic (sites I visit, etc) or not.

The Proton VPN browser extension does protect you and allows you to browse privately on your work computer. Our browser extension provides similar protection to our full VPN app, but it only encrypts your browser’s internet connection (using HTTPS). I tried the browser extension when it first came out, and it disconnected and reconnected several times when I used it.
I suspect it’s better now. But the thing is, without a killswitch (which it doesn’t have) a VPN is almost 100% useless in terms of privacy, because no matter how stable it is, it can always randomly disconnect even for just a few seconds at a bad time.
Will my employer be able to trace which specific Computer or User on the Corporate Network the vpn Traffic comes from?
