Anyone else experiencing this issue? The new version (4.30.3) just intermittently disconnects. I can’t find any repeatable actions that would cause it.

I am on reddit because I’m not getting good help with the purevpn rep.
He gave me a link and told me to use the Mac version of the app (I am on Windows)
He told me to upgrade my Chrome browser (I’m not using Chrome but he never asked)
He told me change browsers and contact if the problem still persists (essentially a blow-off).
I used to get great support from purevpn. This is lousy technical support.
