PureVPN Lifetime Subscription is a mess

I am an old user of PureVPN i have my coupon code purchased from Stackcommerce and used it on my account. Now Purevpn want me to contact stack commerce which i am not able to because i have lost access to my email from which i purchased purevpn subscription but i have my coupon code and my account is active on purevpn. Why do i have proove that i have bought this subscription? My active account is proof of my subscription. They sold subscription as lifetime and now i am stuck in this situation where i am not able to access my old email. Purevpn have history of my account and all details and still they are forcing me to beg stack commerce instead of just reviewing and renewing my account. I have many other subscriptions from stack social but non of them treated me like this the way purevpn staff is behaving. Instead of assisting a customer they are throwing you in a mess to bang your head for weeks to consume time.

Having the same issue as you. Suddenly my “lifetime” subscription expired. This is BS.

I find myself in a similar situation (5y plan expiring in May).

StackSocial support is trying to distract me with another VPN plan, $$ credit, and the most recent offer : a 2 year Pure VPN plan. Why on earth would I accept this ? LMAO

I took a chance on Pure VPN 5 years ago, and have found myself happy with it. I’ve recommended it to people. A deal is a deal.

Let’s hope this gets resolved in an acceptable fashion in under 50 email exchanges.

My lifetime subscription also expired a few days ago.
I contacted PureVPN and they directed me to StackCommerce.

StackCommerce told me that PureVPN is no longer honoring the lifetime subscriptions so they substituted me with a lifetime subscription to KeepSolid VPN.

Hey, please send me your email address via chat, we will escalate your case on your behalf.

The lifetime subscription was created and run by StackSocial (on their websites & via their promotional channels). All the terms, policies, and authorization of renewals are controlled by StackSocial due to which, their policies need to be followed. All renewals will be authorized through StackSocial as they are the Terms and Condition makers of your Lifetime Subscription

We understand that this is in no way ideal for our users & StackSocial’s customers to go back n forth to have their concerns resolved and the original deal honored, Though legally, PureVPN cannot renew lifetime subscriptions without StackSocial’s approval, we are still doing our best in escalating user cases and as you’d have seen, many of them have been resolved

Hey u/arnoldone, could you please drop us your email via chat? I will get your case escalated!

Ridiculous but it’s really happened

Have you received any reply about the issue or maybe even a solution?
