As title indicates, what home router would offer me
VPN service compatibility with services like NordVPN : would like to get more endpoints like tv, laptop, etc connect as from a few different countries
Parental control : view visited websites, lock/block various traffic based on categories and/or URL

Is this router capable of https inspection as well? I.e if I want to monitor what URL my kids visit from which device without them knowing I am monitoring - so kindof like audit mode instead of blocking?

no, you need different stuff to do https inspection. You can do deep packet inspection through wireshark though, but that requires a high degree of proficency.
Is there anything available for a home network not enterprise grade budget that can achieve that?
you can always try to decrypt ssl traffic within wireshark, but it’s a bit advanced : https://www.comparitech.com/net-admin/decrypt-ssl-with-wireshark/
