Subscription renewal question

Hi everyone, I’m close to the renewal date. In the app I can see the yearly price as stated in the original offer I took 2 years ago. If now I buy a new subscription with a new offer I have access to, will I get a discounted price again or will the renewal fail and I’ll be forced to pay a full year?

Just to add a bit of background, I never had critical issues with the VPN service, so I would renew happily. But if I have to pay full price, I’d look around for other offers, as price is one of the bigger plus.

Than you in advance!

You can stack deals ontop of your running sub.

I was still way off my renewal date, by a few months. But there was a good Black Friday offer and I renewed at that discounted price. My subscription got extended by the duration I had just renewed for so I didn’t lose out on any time I had already paid for.

Basically, you don’t have to pay the full renewal price. You can use the offers that you have available to you. I would recommend doing it sooner rather than waiting until the end date in case you automatically get charged a price you’re not happy with or your service gets interrupted.

Just use a different email address and sign up as a new customer to get the discount. Easy as.

Same here. I renewed a couple of months before the end of my subscription.and 27 months were added to my expiration date.

That would actually be my plan B, but I’m just curious if there is discount also on renewals
