The WARP ( 1.1.1.1) app

Do I have to configure the ‘private DNS’ setting in [Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings] for the 1.1.1.1 app to work properly in Android?
The VPN has ( automatically) been set to 1.1.1.1 in the menu already.

What about with google Chrome? Is the Chrome DNS setting supposed to be set to automatic? Or do I set the DNS to be 1.1.1.1??

I also had to disable the WARP VPN in order to post this!

I paid for + Unlimited, so I want to make sure it’s actually being used as intended…

If you only want to use Cloudflare as your device’s DNS and your Android Settings has “Private DNS” setting, you don’t need to install 1.1.1.1 App
And just specify “1dot1dot1dot1.cloudflare-dns.com” as your DNS provider

If you want to connect WARP sometimes, the private DNS setting isn’t matter, you don’t need to disable the setting when you use WARP

Both support DoH and DoT, both domain is owned by Cloudflare. I can’t find the difference among them.
