So for some reason you can get the cape a day early. Im not complaining but heres how to get it. You need to do 1 of 2 things either watch a minecraft stream with drops enabled for 3 minutes (took me almost 30) or you need to comment Minecraft on a stream. This entirely based on what the creator has set up

Also, for the 15-year cape, you just need to claim it on minecraft.net. There’s an article on the cape, and you just need to hit the claim button, and it will be on your account. This cape is on java
I wouldn’t count on it staying, my 10 year cape got removed from my account, for no reason, no name change, same account. I’m still pissed about it 5-5.5 years later.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled TikTok, made a new account, tried using a VPN and changing timezones, even tried a different phone. I just straight up can’t get it to work at all.
