Total AV vs Norton 360?

Which is best between total av or norton 360?

TotalAV is more of a PUP/SCAM

Norton is better. The people who criticize Norton did not use it and repeat what others say or talk about their old versions. In all the analyzes Norton comes out of the best AV along with others.

In my opinion both are not very good. But Norton 360 is better than Total AV for sure. I always tell people to keep their hands away from Total AV, since Total AV is a pure scam. I heard a lot of bad things about this Antivirus. Norton for example also had some issues in the past, but norton is of course not free. I just suggest Bitdefender Free for you, which is what I am using right now.

I use Norton and I like it.

If you are only looking between those two, then Norton is better. Never use TotalAV. But IMO both are not very good, look into either Kaspersky, Bitdefender, ESET or F-Secure.

Total AV will delete critical protection if you cancel auto renewal and they use their VPN to hack your banking apps on your phone. Their business model based on ransom. They will mess up your desktop too. They did mine forcing me to do a reset. Now I have to change my name on my banking apps because of their malware.

Firstly, Norton 360 installs a cryptominer on your PC by default without warning you about it. This for me is a big red flag. It also behaves very weird like sometimes it will tell you call an expert to remove a file on your PC that you can simply delete. Marketing tactics are also a bit shady. For this reason, i dislike Norton. It also impacts performance a lot. I don’t really see any reason why i would want to install this product when there are a lot of good ones out there.

I have not used or know anyone who uses Total AV so I don’t know about it. Its not a very popular product so I’m not sure why you want to buy it if there are good extensively reviewed products out there

Norton is total garbage. It will slow the system down and make you feel like you’re running an old PC. I don’t know much about Total AV. It looks polished but lots of people say it’s not good. AV tests shows it does ok but nothing super special. Bitdefender or ESET are the better options. ESET has been around the longest with the Nod32 antivirus software they have. It’s lightweight and they both have a gaming mode that can be turned on. Just stay away from bundling the software. It looks like a good deal but only the antivirus is worth it. Oh both of them have a firewall as well.

How about norton vpn and password Manager?
