Hi everyone, I’m trying to log into my account through the iPhone app but it just loads and loads and nothing ever happens. Tried turning phone off/on, closing app… doesn’t work. I’m currently in Turkey and wonder if anyone in Turkey is having this issue since so many things are restricted here
The best practice is to set up a manual connection using either OpenVPN or IKEv2. This is definitely a safe option.
Are you on hotel WiFi? I had the problem in Turkey that I could usually connect to a server, but web pages and apps wouldn’t load while the vpn was switched on - it only worked for a select few servers (fx. Netherlands #732 and Amsterdam #815)
I’m in Turkey and finally I’m able to login but none of the servers are working. Does anyone know a good VPN service that works in Turkey?
Hello everyone, I encountered difficulty connecting to NordVPN during my visit to Turkey. I believe I have successfully resolved this issue.
My suspicion is that the problem was caused by a DNS leak. By using NordVPN’s DNS servers as the primary DNS servers, I think I have successfully fixed the problem.
NordVPN’s DNS server addresses are 103.86.96.100 and 103.86.99.100.

Yeah I’m on hotel WiFi. I can’t turn on NordVPN tho bc I can’t log into the NordVPN app on my phone. It’s not logged in already bc I don’t use it on my phone often
