Okay so I can’t connect to surfshark’s vpn at all on my laptop (Windows 10) even though I have the most up to date version of the app, have tried multiple different locations, and have completely restarted my device. At this point i’m happy enough to ride it out until this starts working again but I was wondering if other people are having the same problem right now or if it’s just my device that’s having problems connecting.
It been fine for me, had you try different protocol?
Also try using the manual connection using a different client, wireguard, openvpn etc. Are you in a restricted network?
