I have question about TZ370.
I am interested in what is the max speed for VPN site2site with AES256/SHA256/DH Group 20 encryption with anti-virus and IPS protection.
Some firewalls have one data for max speed per VPN s2s connection and another data for all total VPN connections. In my case, there will be only one VPN s2s connection with two TZ370. Thanks
you are doing VPN traffic with IPS and AV - the max speed is going to be the smaller number listed for these features on the datasheet.
But that also assumes that you aren’t doing anything else in the firewall.
with security license (AV, etc) i generally spec a TZ370 with performance between 500mb to 1gig - the smallest numbers on the datasheet. Everyone will be happy if they get better performance than this, and really mad if we promise them more and they get less.
one guy syncing 30 gigs on one drive in the back office is going to affect performance significantly until the sync is completed, for example.
