VPN recommendations to play CODM Garena

I am a Fil and currently residing in JP.
I wanted to play my account in Garena and used various vpn to play.
I used VPN cat, gearup booster, VPN ProxyMaster VPN-super unlimited but i keep having 75ms to 150ms.
Is there any other vpns i can use? preferably a stable one.

As far as I know VPNs are illegal to use for codm since recently? Correct me if i’m wrong

rn im using vpn but still not banned.
though some says it will ban you if you buy cod points while using vpn

The buying CP with VPN will 100% get you banned, this has been a thing since forever. They changed the rules recently though, i wouldnt risk any vpn
