All US-based streaming platforms available in Brazil ( Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Star+, HBO Max, Paramount+, etc.) offer a Brazilian Portuguese audio option for English-language movies and series.
If you want to cheat the system …get a VPN & switch your country to Brasil (or Portugal), access the content that way. I think Netflix blocks VPN access but last time I tried, I was able to access Brazilian HBOMax.

In Portugal, movies are very rarely dubbed (except the ones meant for children), so you shouldn’t be able to find much in european portuguese.
There are tons on Netflix.
There’s all types of Brazilian cinema and TV shows on YouTube and Netflix with subtitles. There’s an extension you can download for Google Chrome called “Language Reactor” which pops up a box with both English and the movie’s original language (look up “Language Learning with Netflix”). Not all movies have this available but there are quite a bit of titles. Not sure if this is the same process for Mac

If youre open to a not “formal” website, as per say, you can use a site called wovietv, i ve been using and it works very well for me. I suggest you watch “pica pau” if you enjoy old cartoons, cuz the voice acting is awesome, im a huge fan, plus, you can find eps for free on youtube
