A question about Proton VPN windows services

Hello folks, Love your products, but…

On windows when I reboot, which isn’t very often so it’s not a huge problem but… The Proton VPN services are always disabled and I have to manually turn them on before it will start. It just hangs until I authorize them. Why is this? I have tried making rules for them but they are always greyed out whenever I check after system boot. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I’ve obviously already searched the wide interwebz. The rules are; TIA

ProtonVPNService

ProtonVPN.UpdateService

ProtonVPN.WireguardService

Could you create a support ticket please from within the app directly and also upload the logs?

Forgive me if I’m missing something, but have you tried checking that “Start with Windows” is turned on in the ProtonVPN client general settings?

And also that ProtonVPN.exe is allowed through your firewall in addition to the 3 you listed?

After uninstalling and removing any trace of the app then reinstalling it (latest version again), rebooting then running it, seems to be working correctly as I made new rules on its first run. If it happens again I will create a ticket. Thank you.
