Advice on router that can connect to l2tp vpn server on my dream machine?

Hello, I’m able to connect my phone on the go to my l2tp vpn server, but my iPhone can’t be connected to the vpn and also act as a hotspot at the same time. I’m having a hard time finding routers that have built in vpn clients that support l2tp vpn. Do you guys have any advice on such a device?

Do you know if this one in particular supports? L2tp? They advertise being able to connect to vpn, but couldn’t find anything on l2tp.

I believe it can be added via LuCi on the router. I may be wrong though.
