Hi. So I use Nord VPN and was thinking of switching to the Proton suite. One thing I don’t think I could live without is the fact that Nord has a browser only plugin. So basically my internet browsing goes through the VPN but when playing online games it bypasses the VPN. Does Proton have this feature?

Yes, we do have a browser extension for Chromium and Firefox browsers, which you can download through the respective extension stores: https://protonvpn.com/blog/browser-extension/. The extension is available to anyone with a paid Proton VPN plan (Proton VPN Plus, Proton Unlimited, Proton Visionary, or Proton for Business).
You can use the extension, or use split-tunnelling to select which applications you want the VPN to be used for while not using it for anything else.
Why not just use the desktop app and add games to split tunneling. Thats what I do. That way all connections run through the VPN not just the browser.
