Cloudflare just updated their 1.1.1.1 app commonly suggested on here to bypass throttling restrictions on video. It used to only allow WireGuard when using WARP but now there’s an option to select MASQUE. More reading:
Seems like from reading they claim it’s an overall improvement. But does it still bypass video throttling? Anyone can try?

Yep it’s working. Settings>advanced>tunneling protocol> switch it to MASQUE. I’m getting full speed LTE data on fast.com test with Visible+ (should be throttled to 480p 2.1* Mbps) on IP16P. I can’t comment on the difference, but I can say that it still removes video throttling.

after i successfully have used the masque protocol for 3 days,now i can’t connect it. i think that China fire wall blocked it again.
Seems like it doesn’t load quickly if at all for me. I’ve resorted to setting up own vpn with my computer at home to connect to and it’s so much faster.
What about Clouadflare app on Windows?
I’m wondering how to set up this new protocol on my Windows device. It works well on my Android, but I can’t seem to find the MASQUE option on the Windows app. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Thanks!

install warp on windows
open cmd:
warp-cli registration new
warp-cli tunnel protocol set MASQUE
connect! 
I don’t have a guide, there are some YouTube videos on how to do so. I used an application called SoftEther which is available for Mac and PC. You will need to have access to your router settings to allow port forwarding to the computer that will be hosting the VPN Server.

do you know how I can activate Include button for Split Tunneling? When I log into WARP with Zero Trust Account and go to Settings I see the Include Split Tunnel Option but when I log in with my WARP Unlimited Key, it only shows the Exclude Split Tunnel Option. I added screenshots but they are in Turkish so I typed the translation on it.
How do you control/check whether the protocol being used is really MASQUE?
