Hello I have recently installed ESET Internet Security and whenever I try to download anything it says your antivirus does not allow this to be downloaded I have tried making it not detect Oculus and just turning it all off but neither have worked if you have any ideas to assist my problem that would be incredible

I havent used an antivirus is +5 years dont knkw why would any regular user would use one these days honestly.

ESET’s software does not block the downloading of your software by policy (which sounds like the message you are receiving). It will only block downloads if they contain some kind of threat to your system, or a website if it contains some kind of threat.
You did not mention what the exact message was that you were receiving, but you might want to check with ESET’s technical support to find out exactly what is going on, as this is not normal behavior.

I use ESET myself and once I added Steam to the firewall initially, I never had issues. Did you try making a manual firewall rule for the Oculus software?
