GBF with mudfish speeds?

Hello, first time posting. After doing some research and not finding the answer so I have came to ask for some advice.
recently I have been trying to use mydfish for skyleap on my Android, but always reaching the speed gap limit. Thats fine, but the major problem is that im not sure why the subscription speed at 4/1mb can work on my Pc while using 16/4mb with my phone didnt, and always reaching the speed limit cap.
What subscription speed have you been using? Does it work smoothly?
P.S Im using mudfish only for Skyleap and not the FULL Vpn mode.
Thank you all

I would recomend just using pay for trafic instead of subscription. I don’t think it’s subject to speed caps and $5 pack should easily last you 1-2 years of gbf even if you play a lot.

Update: after switching to Pay of Traffic, its a lot better then I thought. Speeds are finally free and I can have fast connection with it. Even though Im in Taiwan which is close to JP, where I stay has pretty bad ping and speed. the local ISP sucks and I need to load for a long time before going into the battle. after using Mudfish its much better. I just dont know why Android has to download a lot of Data at first open of Skyleap though(checked with my ROG sidebar, it downloads around 1MB~10MB random when opened at first.) But PC dosnt.

Using around 230Mb costed me around 0.08 USD, so its cheap to test out if the vpn is good at your place. (but you still need to charge 4.99USD first, and I dont guarantee its going to work at your place)

Thank you all.

Never heard of mudfish until now.

Would you recommend this over other VPN options? Why mudfish specifically?

Bros i just bought 5usd worth of data, post the gbf 2 year tech.
Do i just add the item gbf , thats it?

Seconding this. I use the consumption mode vs monthly subscription.

Still have ~70 gigs of data (around $6.5 worth) since I only turn it on if i need to grind at certain times of day when the JP ping is horribad.

I see. will switch to pay for trafic then and try it out. Thanks!

Make sure you pick the right profile/settings so that only GBF uses mudfish, or else your paid data go byebye fast.

Mudfish is really cheap and has been reliable for years now. People have been using it since the Viramate days when Cygames didn’t pay much mind to the western playerbase.

It was also one of the only ways to kinda compete with jp ping.

Not OP, but mudfish is pretty popular here for three reasons, mostly. It’s super cheap, you can have it apply only to your gbf traffic, and you can configure your routing. The 2nd is convenient, while the 3rd is important if you really want to get better ping. Someone I know halved their ping from 500ms to 250ms using mudfish compared to their “default” routing, though that’s a pretty extreme case.

Its cheaper then most of the vpn or even, game vpns out there.(nord, wtfast,or exitlag.)
I used to use exitlag to play other games like Eternal Return or Overwatch (years ago),and after finding out exitlag wasnt compatible with gbf, I left it (I know that you can just use exitlag with chrome and play gbf on it, but here comes the second point)

While other Vpns are expensive cause it supports a large number of games within your one time subscription (if im not mistaken), Mudfish can just focus on the one game you wanted to play, therefore having a much cheaper cost (at my opinion too, since I dont know the actuall reason why other vpns are so expensive, or , why Mudfish can be that cheap.)

So yea,I will still use mudfish for rest of my gbf journey, and it will be great to even try it out first since its really cheap.(I will write about this separately)

If I’m not mistaken it reduces the hops u need to get through until you’re connected to the game servers. It works for me esp for racing (reduces around 90ms ping).

depends on your device. Desktop You need to add gbf item and set the rtt and such, and mobile you need to set the function to only work for skyleap(or your browser.) you can search it up for some guides.
