Hello, I am trying to automate the VPN connection on my Samsung S22 Android device using Samsung Modes & Routines.
To do this, I need to manually add the VPN profile, but I am unsure what values to enter. I have tried downloading the configuration file from the Mullvad website, but I am not sure where or how to use it.
Could you please provide some guidance on how to proceed?

You can automate it using a Wireguard client.
I highly recommend VPN Client Pro
It’s not free but it’s very cheap, And has a ton of options and conditions on when the VPN will connect or disconnect. Or you could have multiple VPNs and a whole host of other options. Also, the developer is extremely responsive in the unlikely event that you find a bug or even have a request for a feature.
I don’t have Mullvad VPN anymore but somewhere on the site you should be able to download wireguard configuration files for your account.
