I was asked why this VPN sucks

Multiple times a day I have to switch protocol because the VPN decides to not have an IP address and everything starts to only half load. Like videos only play the first few seconds, then nothing. I switch between Hydra and Automatic.

Weird I’ve never had a single issue personally but that’s just my experience, sorry to hear

The vpn is garbage like most vpns. I found protonvpn to be the best imo.

Yes the vpn sucks, and if you enable it you can’t then also enable the web protection and therefore Bitdefender central keeps shouting at you that you are in danger.

Bitdefender VPN is atrocious, comparatively speaking vs Nord. Reason No1, you have to pay extra to get more traffic vs the unlimited that Nord does. No2, its not as intuitive as Nord. Lastly No3, The user interface compared to Nord is utterly dog shit. Both services are around the same price but if you like to have a better UI and feature rich service go with Nord.

…aaaannnnnnndddddd Amazon Prime Video does not work with Bitdefender VPN. Just discovered this. Yay me.

My favorite so far has been PIA, private internet access. It had so many locations and options to choose from.

Use wireguard protocol for the settings, that has no issues and works great

Like the mail client Proton?

I don’t think it works with any VPN enabled

Lol. I have tried. Even worse.

Agreed. Someone got really pissed off at me in another post and told me to prove that it sucks. :person_facepalming:

No, It’s a different thing, ProtonVPN😁
Edit: I stand corrected :joy:

Kaspersky and Eset are better products, Bitdefender is buggy, a resource hog slowing your PC down, loves to steal people’s money from their accounts before their subscriptions are even due for renewal, avoid at all costs

Get another one. There are many good ones

It’s a yes. Same company as the mail client.

I will as soon as my subscription runs out.

Oh really, did not actually put it together lmao. Yea, that’s the one I use, mainly for the p2p functions. Every other vpn I’ve tried the p2p wouldn’t work. I’m sure there’s more out there that work I just stopped looking once I found one that did.

It’s a good call. Didn’t know they did VPN.
