I understand both arguments for this. I know why those buttons are there, because they are ways to directly support the development team of Brave. Which I mean, if this browser is to ever continue, it has to be funded in some way.
But at the same time, I can understand users wanting to remove them especially if they’re OCD is making them crave a nice fresh and clean interface with no unnecessary tools or buttons.
Me personally, I think at worst it’s just a minor inconvenience.

Can’t remember off the top of my head. Just opened the flags page linked above, then searched for VPN, News, Rewards…etc, disabling as much flags as possible.
