Issues with ARM

I’m trying to run surfshark from my surface laptop 7, which I read somewhere that it’s ARM compatible.

I’m getting an error saying it’s detected another vpn even though I don’t have any.

In addition I can’t seem to connect to any servers. ‘vpn connection error’. Doesn’t help to connect to other servers.

I’m not terribly tech savvy. I’ve been trying to find ANY vpn that will work with this laptop. I also had issues with Proton vpn, which also didn’t work for me.

Is the problem my ARM pc or something else?

Could it be an issue with my ISP? I seem to recall triggering some anti cheat software while playing Rust some time ago, because it claimed I was using a vpn, although I had never installed a vnp on that device.

Thanks!

Hey! Sorry to hear about the trouble. First of all, make sure that you’ve installed the ARM version of Surfshark from this site: Download a VPN for Windows PC and laptop - Surfshark. Also, ensure no other VPN or security software is interfering. You can also try changing the connection protocol in the Surfshark app settings. If these steps don’t help, it might be worth checking with your ISP or reaching out to our support team at [email protected] for more detailed assistance.
